Paulo has been in this market for over 13 years, having lived through multiple venture capital and startup cycles. Before becoming an investor, he was an entrepreneur himself.

He participated in launching the first class of the Founders Institute in Brazil, helped in the creation of Endeavor's  Scale-Up program, and led Venture Capital initiatives including Wayra, Neuron Ventures (the first venture capital fund focused exclusively on healthtech in Brazil), and served as Director of Venture Capital at Grupo Boticário. Founded Entrypoint in 2025 to invest in early-stage startups led by founders with technical backgrounds.
